Orlando Carlo Calumeno is a seasoned investment professional and finance executive with more than three decades of experience across investment banking, asset management, wealth management, privatization, gaming, hospitality, duty-free retail, and large-scale real estate development.

He began his career in the early 1990s as an investment banking analyst and later took part in international financial ventures across Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, and Romania. Over the years, he has built a distinctive multi-sector executive profile, combining capital markets expertise with hands-on experience in regulated industries and complex cross-border investments.

Since 2007, Orlando has served under the Net Holding A.Ş. group as Group CFO and Executive Board Member, while also holding senior finance leadership responsibilities within Merit International Casinos Europe. In these roles, he has overseen group finance, corporate structuring, institutional growth, and major strategic transactions across Turkey and Eastern Europe.

His track record includes participation in landmark projects such as the Turkish National Lottery tender process, which reached a final bid level of approximately USD 3.2 billion. Doğan Murat Ergin brings more than three decades of senior-level experience across capital markets, asset management, business development, luxury hospitality, gaming, and real estate development. A graduate of Istanbul University, he began his professional career in 1991 at Global Securities and spent 25 years in the finance industry, holding upper-management roles at some of Turkey's leading financial institutions before joining Net Holding and Merit Group.

Throughout his finance career, Doğan held senior positions in investment banking, asset management, brokerage, client relations, marketing, and business development. His executive background includes leadership roles at Global Securities, Demir Invest, Ünlü & Co, and ING Asset Management, where he served as Senior Vice President of Client Relations and Marketing between 2003 and 2014.

During this period, he built one of Turkey's most distinguished institutional client networks, combining capital markets expertise with long-term relationship management and strategic investor communication.

After joining Net Holding and Merit Group, Doğan expanded his focus from finance into hospitality, gaming, luxury real estate, and international business development. As Chief Marketing Officer of Merit International Hotels & Casinos, he led marketing, brand positioning, and client engagement across the group's portfolio in North Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Montenegro.

He later served as Director of Business Development and Investor Relations at Net Holding A.Ş., contributing to international growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and real estate-backed hospitality projects. He was also an Executive Board Member of fastPay Wildcats, extending his experience into digital entertainment, esports, and youth-focused brand ecosystems.

Doğan was one of the key contributors to Merit Group's Eastern European expansion and to the development of the Merit Starlit Budva condo-hotel model, a landmark ultra-luxury hospitality and real estate project with an estimated value of approximately €130 million.
